Adding Support for Telindus APSAL
At its birth, paperless.lu was meant to interface with a single payroll software, namely SM3 by Soft-KIS. But why stop there when we could become so much more: a single, central platform that works with the payroll software of your choice! Whether your company is using Soft-KIS SM3 or Telindus APSAL, or even both at the same time, can do it all. Import companies and employees from either software, mix and mash as you please.
When it comes to exporting time-entries, it’s up to you to decide which format paperless.lu should produce. The company list will now display neatly what format has been selected for each of the imported entities in its first column.
paperless.lu now integrates full support for variable exports for employees with both monthly or hourly salaries. In a foreseeable future, paperless.lu might even become a handy tool to migrate all of your data from one software to the other.

Speedy or Detailed Time-Entry Validation
Hours punched using our Kurono mobile application can now be reviewed and validated by an entire hierarchy of people if that is something that you or your clients desire. Up to three levels of validation are available at this point, depending on the feature-set that is enabled on each of the companies on an instance: Team-leads, project managers and finally HR managers. If enabled, paperless.lu will display who has already validated and who still needs to add their tick to the box.
Rather than validating every single time-entry one by one, paperless.lu will also let you validate an entire month worth of time-entries in bulk directly from the timetables view. As a team-lead, project manager or HR manager, this will apply validation at your level to all time-entries created by a person throughout that month.
Predefined Tasks on Projects
Tracking time on projects using our Kurono mobile application, users have been able to add a short description of what they were working on. Some of our clients expressed the desire to have employees chose a task from a pre-defined list of tasks available on a project and we have introduced this feature with this new release of paperless.lu.
Spreading the Word… using E-mail
paperless.lu’s notification module should be well known by now. With this release, we added the possibility to not only display notifications (and surveys) within the web interface, but to just as well send such notifications to their intended recipients by e-mail.
When enabling e-mail notifications, message authors are given the choice whether they would like to re-use the content of their in-app notification or come up with an alternative version used within these e-mails.
